Greg Hague, known for his opposition to iBuyer home-flipping companies, has recently established Homes2X, a platform allowing sellers to profit from quick home sales. Launched just three weeks ago, it has already signed 22 homeowners. Through the service, homeowners can receive an appraisal, sell their homes at a favorable price without fees or commissions, and retain profits. Hague's new approach aims to empower sellers who may not be aware of their home's value, contrasting sharply with traditional home-flipping models that often leave sellers at a loss.
