Copita Tequileria y Comida in Willow Glen is reintroducing its Tacomakase, a gourmet taco tasting menu, once a month. Chef Azari Cuenca-Maitret, originally from Mexico City, created this exclusive dining experience. The first menu for 2026 includes dishes like Chicharron with queso fresco and Tuna 'Carnitas' with guacamole. The multi-course meal costs $60 per person and accommodates only 10 guests.
