Marsha and Adrian Telfer opened Reggae Jerk Hut in McKinney, Texas, in summer 2023, aiming to fill a gap in the local culinary scene for Caribbean food. Inspired by Adrian's culinary background and Marsha's vision of merging Haitian and Jamaican cuisines, they introduced the region's first restaurant of its kind. Their menu features dishes like deep-fried conch fritters, oxtail tacos, and a unique rasta pasta.
