With nearly 20 years of experience and accolades in traditional Indian cuisine, Chef Bombra aims to synthesize seasonal California ingredients with Indian flavors under the guidance of MICHELIN-starred Chef Sujan Sarkar. Having previously led Baar Baar New York, Chef Bombra is known for modern twists on regional Indian dishes. Diners can look forward to a summer menu featuring both vegetarian and non-vegetarian kebabs focusing on fresh California produce.
Chef Bombra will work closely with Chef Sarkar to introduce new dishes blending seasonal California ingredients with traditional Indian flavours.
My goal is to bring flavors from different regions of India to California. I think LA is ready for bold Indian flavors with modern twists.
