Chris Taylor Details What Makes Dave Roberts Great Manager for Dodgers
Briefly

He's been doing it for a long time. He knows how to deal with teams that have more than nine everyday players. He knows how to manage that and keep guys happy and guys that are used to playing every single day that come to us and that's not always the case. It can be a tricky situation to deal with that because everybody wants to be out there everyday. It's not an easy job he has, and I think he does a pretty good job of that.
He's pretty laid back and he's always, everyday he tries to say hello to every single person on the team. When he comes on the field, he makes sure he's present. He makes sure he's reaching out to every single guy. And I think that's important to have that communication each and every day. We all have a mutual respect in the clubhouse.
