Access your Asana account and select a task or project for export to begin the data export process. Update to the latest version prior.
Asana allows only one project to be exported at a time manually. After selecting a project, access the project menu to choose export options.
You can export your Asana data in either JSON or CSV format. JSON conversion can happen later, whereas CSV can be directly opened in Excel.
