"When calculating carpet installation costs, several elements come into play, including the type and quality of the carpet, which can vary significantly in price," says Johanna Constantinou, Tapi's interior trends expert.
"Most carpet fitters charge around £150-£200+ per day and the price you end up paying will obviously depend on how large the area you are having carpeted is," says renovation expert Natasha Brinsmead.
