In a precedential opinion issued Tuesday, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC) reversed a Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) judgment that affirmed patent claims in part due to the commercial success of MacNeil IP's WeatherTech vehicle floor tray.
