It's very easy to make yourself appear like Bono': Warren Ellis on opening an animal sanctuary in Sumatra
Briefly

Amid the pandemic challenges, musician Warren Ellis pivoted to establish an animal sanctuary in Sumatra, Indonesia, along with activist Femke den Haas. Named Ellis Park, the sanctuary supports old and disabled animals unable to return to the wild. A documentary by Justin Kurzel explores Ellis's emotional journey, intertwining his sanctuary work with reflections on his childhood and family history. The film captures intimate moments of Ellis's relationships, especially with his musician father, and highlights the impact of his upbringing on his current endeavors, making for a layered portrait of the artist.
