"If you struggle with anxiety and sleep challenges, a cluttered bedroom can make things worse," says Spring Courtright, creator, coach and teacher at TidyWild Organizing. "Set up our bedrooms to be a sleep sanctuary. Remove clutter and surround yourself with items that signal a great night of sleep."
Add soft, cozy items like body pillows and soft sheets. Use an 'in-between basket' for clothes, an 'in-between bin' for anxiety-blocking items, and keep a pen and paper near your bed to clear mental clutter.
