Warriors coach Steve Kerr stated that although Stephen Curry will miss the preseason finale due to a sprain, he doesn't believe the injury is serious.
Curry originally injured the same finger on October 11 and had been managing discomfort, but hoped to participate in the game against the Lakers.
Despite his injury, Curry aimed to play on opening night, as Kerr expects him to return in time for the season opener against the Trail Blazers.
Kerr had intended for the preseason game against the Lakers to be a dress rehearsal, but now plans to experiment more with different lineups.
