As I reflect on the annual excitement surrounding the State Fair of Texas, I cannot help but feel disheartened by the so-called 'fabulous' food offerings.
Every year, I documented the fair’s bizarre offerings, from funnel-cake-flavored beer to Deep Fried Froot Loops, but every try left me underwhelmed.
