At Hall, we want to bring a variety of experiences to New York diners, showcasing all the cuisines Japan has to offer. This concept isn't something you'd find in Japan.
The burgers are crafted from a blend of Sakura Wagyu chuck and A5 wagyu, finely ground to control fat content, paired with a unique sauce featuring sansho peppercorns.
