6 of 1, the hospitality group behind Mr Bao, Daddy Bao, Good Measure and Master Bao, will operate two Cantonese venues at the arches by London Fields station. Wonton Charlie's will serve traditional wonton noodle soup. Cafe Kowloon, due to open in 2026 behind Wonton Charlie's at 392-393 Mentmore Terrace, will present a modern Cantonese kitchen inspired by Hong Kong dai pai dong street vendors, dim sum houses and cocktail bars.
