Roberto Riveros Leyton was appointed Executive Chef at The Ritz-Carlton Bacara, overseeing all culinary operations across the resort. The resort sits on 78 acres of Pacific coastline and will feature the newly unveiled signature dining concept Lulio along with O'Bar & Terrace, Mission Market, and SunBar. The resort is entering its 25th anniversary following recent renovations. Chef Roberto brings more than 20 years of international experience and deep Ritz-Carlton experience, with roles from San Francisco to Hong Kong and Barcelona and three Michelin stars earned with his team. He plans cuisine rooted in global inspiration and local authenticity using regional produce.
