Los Mochis partnered with health and sustainability advocate Melissa Hemsley to create a Nourished menu that supports gut health, immunity and reduces inflammation. The partnership grew from both partners' work with The Felix Project, London's largest food redistribution charity, to champion sustainability and prevent food waste. The menu comprises eight dishes designed with ingredients targeting gut, brain and heart health, including Chipotle Miso Soup, Bang Bang Cauliflower Tacos and a California Maki Roll. Melissa Hemsley also created a Pomegranate and Hibiscus Refresher rich in electrolytes for hydration. The menu is available at both Los Mochis locations until 31 January 2026.
