Their journey began in Texas and evolved through notable kitchens in New Orleans before they launched Palm&Pine on Rampart Street. Their collaboration is rooted in leveraging individual strengths, ensuring both culinary success and relationship growth. They believe in the power of food to unite people and celebrate shared experiences, reflecting their love and commitment to each other and their craft.
We each bring different strengths to the table, both in cooking and running our restaurant. By playing to our individual strengths and trusting each other, we cover all the bases while working toward the same vision for Palm&Pine.
Their bond grew from that moment, and together, they created something unique. Over the years, they've learned to balance their drive and competitive natures, dividing roles in the restaurant to honor who they are both individually and together.
