Karter, a mute photographer and serial killer, feels trapped by his crimes and haunted by the ghosts of his victims, leading to a psychological unraveling.
The vengeful ghosts had a Halloween at Alton Towers vibe, which undermined the film's spook factor and suggested a low-budget production that couldn't fully realize its vision.
While the choice to make the lead character mute is intriguing and could allow for rich character exploration, the lack of depth in storytelling ultimately doesn’t support this choice.
