Dominic Sessa is set to portray Anthony Bourdain in an upcoming biopic, marking his rise since being discovered in his high school drama department.
"It was interesting to see somebody just born to be a film actor," said director Alexander Payne about Sessa's natural talent after being cast from a school to Star.
A24, known for films like Moonlight and Uncut Gems, is circling the production of the Bourdain biopic, showcasing their knack for identifying trends.
Star Thrower Entertainment produced the first biopic King Richard, which received critical acclaim despite modest box office performance, highlighting STE's potential in the film industry.
