Dashing between far-flung outposts took its toll, so it's a pleasure to be in the kitchen these last two or three years - I've been cooking all the time.
The contraction may have been painful, but stints in London and Dubai allowed Outlaw to buy their own premises, giving a sense of permanency and the ability to be in Cornwall full time.
