Amplience Limited, a London-based headless content management solutions provider, has raised £32M (approximately €37.82M) through a senior secured investment from AshGrove Capital. This is the sixth investment from AshGrove's €650M Specialty Lending Fund II, supporting high-growth B2B software firms. Existing investors, including Farview Equity Partners and Octopus Ventures, participated in this round. Amplience specializes in helping e-commerce brands enhance content distribution through AI and key technology solutions, optimizing customer engagement and operational efficiency. The funding will accelerate Amplience's growth and innovation, focusing on improving customer value.
