In an interview with US news channel Fox, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu sounded less optimistic about a soon-to-be-reached deal, stating, "It's not close." He expressed concerns surrounding the quick conclusion of negotiations.
"As close as I believe we are to getting a cease-fire agreement, every day that goes by without it finalized is a day where an intervening event could derail this fragile situation," Blinken noted.
