Germany mass stabbing: suspected Solingen attacker arrested, says regional minister

Authorities in North Rhine-Westphalia reported that a suspected perpetrator of the stabbing rampage in Solingen has been apprehended after extensive investigation efforts led to his arrest.
Interior Minister Herbert Reul highlighted that while police initially made two arrests during their manhunt, they ultimately apprehended the true suspect who had been under investigation for much of the day.
