A cheer coach at Quincy High School is currently on administrative leave following serious allegations of providing students with drugs, including alcohol and marijuana, and sharing inappropriate images online. Superintendent Kevin Mulvey notified families that the district is actively investigating the coaching staff member for possibly breaching confidentiality laws regarding student information. Quincy Police Chief Mark Kennedy indicated that collaboration with the school district's Special Investigation Unit is in place to thoroughly examine the situation.
