One high school in Central Texas is helping students get a cut above the rest with its meat market program

FLORENCE, Texas Down the street named Meat Market in Florence, Texas, you can probably guess what happens.Perhaps it's not a surprise that this road is where residents and visitors alike can find some of the finest cuts of beef.But you might be shocked to discover who is doing the cutting."When they see kids in here processing, it's hard for them to believe that it's kids that cut and package their meat," said Macey Hilton, a graduate from Florence High School.
