Vincent Ian Acosta, 27, was sentenced to 22 years in prison for a wrong-way crash on Interstate 17 that resulted in the deaths of three college students. The students, Abriauna Hoffman, Magdalyn Ogden, and Elaine Balberdi, were en route to the Grand Canyon when Acosta's intoxicated driving, with a blood alcohol content of 0.129, caused a collision that also injured others.
