Alora Social has opened its second location in City Center Bishop Ranch, aiming to create a casual dining atmosphere while offering bold and innovative Turkish-inspired dishes. Chef Nicholas Peters emphasizes social sharing with dips and spreads, drawing inspiration from a trip to Europe. Signature items include Turkish kabobs and the complex muhamarra dip. Anu and Vikram Bhambri, who also operate Michelin-recognized restaurants, are passionate about Turkish cuisine and have expanded their menu to cater to families, with plans to retail popular dips.
The approach was really to try to take a lot of the sharable dips and spreads and make it a social experience.
He also loves the muhamarra ($17), a roasted pepper and walnut dip... A lot of people don't get muhamarra like that.
