The Lawrence Hall of Science has launched an exhibit titled Future of Food, showcasing innovations in food through interactive installations and community collaboration. The exhibit includes playful designs like oversized food items, alongside valuable information on food production and sustainability efforts. Executive Director Claudia Bustos highlights the exhibit's goal of initiating dialogue around food choices and addressing regional food inequality. Collaborating with over 150 experts and featuring contributions from local youth, the exhibit engages visitors with bilingual texts and cultural inclusivity, indicating a strong commitment to community and education.
