According to the Oakland Police Department, the shooting happened at around 7:45 a.m. Officers arrived shortly after the incident, where they found three victims who had sustained gunshot wounds.
The preliminary investigation revealed that the victims and the individual responsible for the shooting were involved in a verbal dispute prior to the shooting,
