Jorge Andrade, 22, faces charges for the sexual abuse of a 16-year-old girl after police found them together alone in a car at 1 a.m. in Oakland.
Police reportedly discovered that Andrade had been in a relationship with the girl for several weeks and possessed nude images of her on his phone.
