Xavier Crump, 28, of Oakland, was charged with forcible oral copulation, second-degree robbery, criminal threats and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Crump allegedly put a gun to her head, told her to orally copulate him and said he'd kill her if she vomited during it.
He was identified in part due to a distinctive tattoo on his arm that says Hood Rich, which lined up with the woman's description.
Crump has been identified as a six-time felon, with convictions dating back to 2016 for robbery, assault, and gun possession.
