An off-duty Oakland officer was arrested on two counts of drunken driving after he allegedly crashed his car into a California Highway Patrol vehicle that was stopped on the freeway, injuring an officer, authorities said.
According to Oakland police, Gonzales has been placed on administrative leave. He is a patrol officer with the department.
