A 42-year-old Hayward man was shot multiple times in a drive-by shooting incident around 12:17 a.m. Monday in East Oakland, and he is currently in stable condition at a hospital.
Police reported that the victim was standing outside when a vehicle passed by, and the occupants fired shots before fleeing the scene in an unknown vehicle.
