A 45-year-old man was shot Friday night at an East Oakland homeless encampment, where three other men were shot on Sunday.
Police are trying to determine if the victim may have known the suspect and what the motive is for the shooting.
Police are also trying to determine if the shooting is related to the March 24 shooting at the camp.
Police haven't said what the dispute was about and haven't announced any arrests.
