Michael Eugene Mullen, 75, has been extradited from Idaho to Marin County, charged with the 1973 murder of 31-year-old Nina Fischer, a case long unsolved.
Nina Fischer was found bound and shot to death at her family home on Point San Pedro Road, with DNA evidence finally linking Mullen to the decades-old case.
