A Marin County judge has determined Scott Michael Scibilia, accused of an ax assault, is mentally incompetent to stand trial due to a recent mental health evaluation.
Scott Michael Scibilia, 54, was charged with serious offenses including attempted murder and previously convicted of a similar assault with a deadly weapon in 2016.
