Aeter Architects has completed the design of the new Beefbar Restaurant as part of the Astir Palace Hotel redevelopment in Vouliagmeni. This modern structure features a wave-like profile with an oxidized copper roof, designed to harmonize with the nearby sea while minimizing visual impact. Inside, guests enjoy unobstructed sea views through fully openable glazing and multiple terraces surrounded by greenery. The material palette includes stone slate, copper, and wood, contributing to the restaurant's refined architectural expression and integration with its natural surroundings.

Aeter Architects utilized reflective curved glass panels to mirror the surrounding landscape, reinforcing the building's relationship with its environment.
