Santokki is a restaurant designed for creative Asian cuisine, aiming to embody diverse culinary influences from cities like Seoul, Tokyo, and Beijing. The building features seven distinct areas, including casual sidewalk seating, a foyer with sampling options, a bar for signature drinks, and a main dining room with exposed kitchens. The design promotes interaction among guests and includes spaces for both informal dining and private gatherings, ultimately making the culinary experience immersive and engaging in the heart of São Paulo.
The architectural design of Santokki is inspired by diverse Asian cultures, seamlessly integrating elements from iconic neighborhoods around the world such as Chinatown and Tokyo.
