PISCES Bar and Seafare at Wynn Las Vegas

Wynn Las Vegas has announced a new dining venue, PISCES Bar and Seafare, set to open in spring 2025 at the resort's Lake of Dreams. Helmed by Executive Chef Martin Heierling, the restaurant will showcase Mediterranean seafood cuisine, including delicacies such as caviar and fresh pasta. The opulent design features dark interiors, unique artwork, and panoramic views of the lake, creating an immersive experience. Chef Heierling, who has nearly 30 years of experience, brings acclaimed culinary expertise to the establishment, aiming for an absorbing seaside vibe that complements the innovative menu.
"PISCES' immersive and transportive atmosphere will channel effortless, seaside chic," said Todd-Avery Lenahan, President and Chief Creative Officer of Wynn Design & Development.
"The juxtaposition of spectacle and subtlety on display, from mid-century textile art to yachtsman chairs made of rosewood, fish skin leather, and espresso mohair, results in a dynamic environment that complements the innovative menu."
Chef Heierling's expertise earned him international recognition, including a Rising Star Chef nomination from StarChefs and the prestigious HAT Award from the Good Food Guide.
The restaurant will celebrate the distinctive cuisine of the Mediterranean coast with a menu from Executive Chef Martin Heierling.
