Some Three prepay customers were left unable to use their call, text or data allowances today as their credit balances were displayed as "€0", despite having credit in their account.
A spokesperson has since informed customers that balances "will re-appear in the coming hours" and assured that no customers will have loss of credit as a result of this issue.
