In 2019, after reflecting on my influence, I realized I was promoting harmful ideas about body image, leading me to shift from fitness influencer to nutritionist.
Instead of focusing on likes and body-centric posts, I now create educational content on nutrition science, which makes me genuinely happy despite lower engagement.
My initial success came from a repost by a famous trainer, but it was only after understanding the impact of my messaging that I changed my direction.
Embracing my body without comparing it to others enabled me to redefine my career and advocate for healthier body images among women.
