Apps will ask for these permissions one by one as they need them, so you'll typically see a flurry of requests while an app is setting itself up as well as more sporadic requests later on.
You can see the permissions that an app is going to ask for before you install it: Open the app on the Play Store on your phone or tablet, Scroll down to Data safety and tap the arrow next to it.
