Wang Residence / 2BOOKS DESIGN
Briefly

This project exemplifies innovative spatial management in a compact apartment design, with dual ceilings that enhance both openness and the overall living experience.
To alleviate the intrinsic sense of constraint, the bedroom was strategically hung in the higher ceiling area, thus maximally utilizing natural light and maintaining visual clarity.
The galvanized steel staircase acts as a transparent barrier that delineates living spaces while promoting an airy flow throughout the small apartment, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics.
Choosing earthy mineral coatings for the flooring juxtaposes the white walls, which accentuates the two different elevations and infuses warmth into the space's modern design.
