UZV House / OAD - Open Architecture Design
Briefly

The residential house in the UZV project harmonizes tradition with modernity, featuring a gray wooden finish, Japanese-inspired elements, and a striking wave-like roof design, creating visual dynamism.
Nestled into a natural slope, the house's design blends seamlessly with its environment, maintaining the integrity of the surrounding pine forest while maximizing natural light through large windows.
Drawing inspiration from traditional Latvian kitchens, the heart of the home emphasizes the historical significance of the chimney, with a unique two-story layout that encourages communal living.
The strategic architectural choices, such as hot-rolled steel wall cladding and an open kitchen space, ensure both aesthetic appeal and functional resilience against the coastal environment.
