Triplex Fabre House / Atelier l'Abri
Briefly

The Triplex Fabre project successfully integrates modern living for two generations within a renovated triplex, emphasizing natural light and cohesive living spaces amidst Montreal's architectural heritage.
By rethinking the interior layout, the project enhances the flow and accessibility of space, allowing natural light to dominate, while maintaining a minimalistic approach to the bedroom and bathroom designs.
The revised facades feature enlargement of openings and expansion of balconies, transforming them into generous outdoor areas, reflecting a seamless extension of indoor spaces.
With a focus on aesthetic harmony, the interior uses a neutral palette to foster serenity, contrasting with the bold, burgundy exteriors that are characteristic of the neighborhood.
