Triode Residence / Kamat & Rozario Architecture
Briefly

This project reflects a family’s desire to live closer together after the COVID-19 pandemic. It emphasizes proximity while ensuring individual privacy for each unit.
By adopting a split-level design, the project maximizes usable space without feeling imposing. This technique allows for intimacy while maintaining individuality for each living area.
The communal amenities, designed to encourage family gatherings, include a roof-level amphitheater and other shared spaces that reinforce connection among family members.
Despite the constraints of the site, the design approach prioritizes a human scale, with distinct living zones that contribute both to privacy and community living.
