Tokyo International University Ikebukuro Campus / TAISEI DESIGN Planners Architects & Engineers
Briefly

The campus features a stage-like design with an International Deck on the second floor, accessible from all sides, fostering an interactive environment for students.
The exterior made of PC panels faced with white granite gives a dignified appearance, while the design creates a light impression, enhancing the campus's open atmosphere.
This project aims to preserve the academic environment while engaging with the adjacent disaster prevention park, integrating nature and urban life into the students' experience.
By encouraging lively interactions among students, the campus acts as a stage, promoting strong connections between the university, the park, and the wider community.
