Terna Headquarters Renovation / eFM + IT'S Systems
Briefly

The project aims to transform the company's existing spaces to integrate new trends and evolutions in contemporary work environments, supporting flexibility, hybridization, and sensitivity to people's well-being by creating adaptable spaces.
At the entrance, the view opens onto a bright, open space: the new reception area features a soft-shaped desk made from recycled plastic panels, showcasing sustainability and design.
The environment is a large public space divided into a hybrid area with flexible workspaces separated by movable partitions, alongside a dining area designed to be accessible throughout the day.
Sustainable materials were integral to the project, including linoleum made from natural sources for flooring and Santa Fiora stone for areas like the reception, underscoring a commitment to eco-friendly design.
