Sutton House / Pelletier De Fontenay
Briefly

The project focuses on conserving the original structure while completely reorganizing the interior and improving thermal efficiency, ultimately fostering a stronger connection with the landscape.
By merging three distinct construction periods, Pelletier de Fontenay established a dialogue between old and new that respects the original home's architectural language.
The design reinterprets the heavy character of the existing structure with deep, thick walls in the new addition, maintaining continuity while introducing contemporary forms.
