Using High Rise Solutions (HRS) allowed construction of Portlands Place to achieve a floor installation pace of one per week, minimizing environmental disruption by reducing vehicle movement.
The tower's facade takes inspiration from East Village architecture but stands out with its bright colors and glass balconies, reflecting a contemporary and exciting design approach.
